🇬🇧 UK Shipping
We offer two delivery options within the UK:
• Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £3.95
• Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £6.50


International Shipping
(Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on location.)

🌎 Customs & Duties

🇺🇸 US Orders
Our swimwear is made overseas and shipped from the UK. While many U.S. orders under $800 USD may qualify for duty-free entry under Section 321 de minimis rules, import policies can vary and change.

We recommend checking with U.S. Customs or your local authorities for the most up-to-date information before placing your order.

Please note: Salti is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied once your order reaches the U.S.


🇪🇺 EU Orders
Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to additional import fees, such as VAT, customs duties, and local handling charges. These costs are determined by your country’s import regulations and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Typically, orders under €150 may be exempt from certain duties — but VAT and admin fees may still apply.

We strongly recommend checking your country’s current import guidelines before ordering. Salti is not liable for any charges incurred at delivery.


Made-to-Order Timing
If you’ve pre-ordered a made-to-order piece, your order will ship in approximately 2–3 weeks from the close of the pre-order window. You’ll receive tracking info once it’s on the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We really hope you love your Salti piece — each one is made with intention, and we want you to feel confident and comfortable wearing it. But if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:


Return Period

You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund. Items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With hygiene labels and tags still attached
• Returned in original packaging where possible


Exchanges (UK only)

We’re happy to offer exchanges on UK orders if you’d like a different size, colour or style (subject to availability). Just get in touch within the 21-day window and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer exchanges on international orders at this time — but you can still return your item for a refund if eligible.


Custom Sizing & Made-to-Order Items

All custom-sized or adjusted pieces are final sale and non-returnable. These pieces are made just for you and we can’t restock them — we appreciate your understanding.


How to Return

Email us at alana@salti.club with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll share return instructions. Return postage is currently the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service — we can’t be responsible for lost returns.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear.
